During the 2025–2026 school year, Las Cruces Public Schools will be using a new all-in-one communication platform called ParentSquare. The new platform is designed to keep families informed, connected, and engaged in their child’s education.
Beginning this month, all schools at LCPS will use ParentSquare to streamline communication between school staff and families. This modern platform replaces older systems and brings everything into one easy-to-use interface, accessible via web browser, mobile app, text, or email.
ParentSquare is a safe and secure communication tool that allows for two-way messaging between parents, teachers, and staff. The platform will be used for school announcements, district alerts, and classroom updates from teachers. The new platform is easy to use and is available in over 100 languages to support multilingual families. Parents can use ParentSquare to complete forms, permission slips, and to communicate directly with their child’s teacher.
Parents/guardians will receive an invitation via email or text from ParentSquare. Follow the link to register. Parents can also download the ParentSquare app by scanning the QR code or by searching for “ParentSquare” in your app store for instant notifications.
